Chocolate cake

" A very mellow cake, very appreciated in the long cold days of Winter !"

For six persons:
Preparation : 45 min
Cooking : 20 min

Ingredients : 
125 g of black chocolate, 125 g of butter + butter to the mould, a yolks + white, 100 g of instant sugar, 50 g of subdued flour, a pinch of salt.


Preparation: 

· break the chocolate into pieces. Immerse it in boiling water. When it becomes soft, add butter, cut in pieces. Leave it immerse!

· Whisk the yolks and sugar in a bowl until the mixture becomes white. Add the flour, little by little and incorporate the chocolate and the butter immersed.
· Beat the whites of eggs stiff, with a pinch of sugar. Incorporate it in the mixture, delicately.
· Pour the preparation in the buttered mould. Cook it 30 min at 180°c , in a preheated oven.

For Christmas time: 

It is possible to decorate it with chocolate holly leaves and sugar red balls !!!
