You need :
4 pears 8 dried apricots 2 tablespoons honey 75g (3oz) walnuts (without shells) 75g (3oz) flour 50g (2oz) soft butter 35g (1.5oz) brown sugar 4 speculos biscuits One pinch of salt
How to do it ? Mix the walnuts, and stab out the speculos. Mix roughly the flour, the sugar, the salt, the butter, the walnuts, and the speculos. Peel the pears. Then slice them. Put the honey in a large pan on a middle flame. When the honey is warm, add the pears. Let it cook. Whilst the pears are cooking, turn on the oven at 210°C (425°F). Slice the apricots in small dices, and add them in the pan. When the pears are cooked, put them in a dish. Cover them with the first preparation. Let it bake 30 min. Taste ! |
