"A motocyclist's diary" is a Brazilian dramatic comedy directed by Walter Salles.

For 2 hours and 6 minutes, this film, adapted from Che Guevara's diaries, tells about the youth of two men : Ernesto Guevara de la Serna (Gael Garcia Bernal) and Alberto Granado (Rodrigo de la Serna).
The story begins in 1952 in Argentina. Two young men, Ernesto and Alberto, go and discover their continent: Latin America. During the motorbike trip ("la Puissante" in French), they discover the social reality of two countries.

They see social differences between people who are ill (who have leprosy) and doctors who give cares. The ill people and the doctors are separated by a river. They have not got a lot of medicine. They learn a lot of things thanks to that for their career because they are a medicine student (Ernesto) and a young doctor (Alberto).

This film presents a lot of funny moments. During this story we understand the evolution of Che Guevara’s ideas. You can still see this film. So rush to watch it because it is a beautiful story (and Gael Garcia Bernal too).
