I'm going to tell you about motorcycles, modified motorcycles.

There's a lot of parts to modify your motorcycle, but we need two things : to have enough money and to choose the right elements, because an engine needs to be well equiped or it cannot work anymore. 

Moreover the government in France forbids modified motorcycles to ride on public roads, but they can in competitions.  The risk is to have to pay a fine to the police, to have your vehicle confiscated and even to be judged. In spite of the law youngsters like to modify their motorcycles because they are fond of speed, noise and races. The government can’t get into the minds of young people.

I disagree with Rudy because I think that the government can change young people’s minds by doing campains against the modified motorcycles and by increasing the sum of money of the fines.

I disagree with Rudy because to have your vehicle confiscated isn’t a risk. The only risks are the races on public roads because you can kill yourself and you can kill another person.
In Argentina you can bribe the policeman if you don’t want to pay a fine and to have your motorcycle confiscated.
