Pumpkin tart

Although I'm not really keen on pumpkin, I
have to recognize that a pumpkin tart is really delicious! but only if
you know how to make it.... My grandmother recently gave me this recipe.... She made me delightful when for Halloween dinner, she cooked it in her own way... This recipe is one of those you'd like to keep for yourself and not to share! And now, here's what you are supposed to do. Pumpkin tart for 6 persons
It will take you 30 minutes to prepare and it will bake 50 minutes.You will need: |
Cut it in big pieces. Put the stock on to heat.
Peel and slice thinly the onion. On a low heat, brown the bacon. Add the
onion's thin slices. Take 10cl of the stock and pour it on the onion and
the bacon. Let reduce until all the water evaporates.
