"Who is Siffli ?" Ritual question to which the answer is usually : "I don't know". Therefore I want to correct this mistake and inform you about him.

Siffli is a little asthmatic toy, a little penguin. He is one of the important toy story's characters. Siffli is Andy's toy but he is broken : he is supposed to whistle but he can't because of his asthma, so Andy wants to give him during a bazaar. But the little bird doesn't want to quit Andy's room and its toys inhabitants : he is absolutely desperate and totally powerless facing his dramatic end. 

Buzz and Woody the cowboy will help and save him. Because Siffli is a hero. He is anxious, suffering but he remains generous and brave.

In my opinion, Siffli is a modern heroe: touchingly naïve, friendly, weak, shy and brave, he deserves to be saved and to be loved. I think Siffli is the nicest character in toy story, and the most adorable penguin in animation's history.

Every penguin in the world needs to be protected and to be saved, as Siffli does.

We think that Siffly isn't the most important character in Toy Story because we prefer Buzzzzzz l'éclair!!! This is the character who saves all the toys of the story!!! And we think that he is more funny than Siffly and all the other characters!!!!!!!!!
